No Return, Refund or Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Once an order has been sold, confirmed, or delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds.
Please carefully review the product description, specifications, quantity, and delivery details before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at bebit@albarrakchem.com within 24 hours of receiving it.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is approved.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted. Items must not be used, opened, altered, or disposed of before the claim is reviewed.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, processed, dispatched, or delivered.
